Structural Characteristics
This product is fabricated from solid steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm, meeting the standards specified in the Russian national document GOST 1050-88. The steel frame has been additionally treated via a specialized process called phosphating, preventing corrosion and increasing material strength. The exterior surface is coated with a weatherproof layer of powder paint, resistant to adverse climatic factors like solar radiation, precipitation, and temperature fluctuations.
The mounting plate itself is constructed from galvanized steel sheet measuring 1 mm in thickness, guaranteeing its resilience to deformation and long-term usability. Individual parts of the enclosure are joined together using point-welding technology, thus endowing it with required mechanical stability and reliability.
Additionally, the enclosure features protective elements against water ingress and dirt contamination, including sealing elements and cable entry points (“grommet”), ensuring proper protection of the inner compartment from harmful environmental conditions. The dimensions of the interior space measure 155 x 240 x 120 mm, offering sufficient room for fitting necessary equipment.
