Jet Impingement Flow Technology
RoboChef’s outstanding cooking speed and consistency are achieved through Jet Impingement Flow Technology. This system uses 445 small nozzles positioned above and below the conveyor belt to deliver hot air streams directly onto the pizza from both sides. This method accelerates heat transfer rates, making cooking several times faster than traditional infrared or convection ovens.

The precise control of heating elements ensures fast and even heating to the target temperature of up to 315 °C. The result is a perfectly cooked pizza with consistent quality, achieved with superior energy efficiency.
