Composition: evacuated ceramic microspheres, synthetic rubber, acrylic polymers and special functional additives (antifungal, anti-corrosion components)
Volume: 1 – 10 liters
Shelf life: 1 year
It is intended for walls, ceilings, balconies, loggias, roofs, and problem zones in apartments and houses where condensation, mold, cold bridges or freezing occur. The composition is similar in principle to industrial TSM Ceramic products, combining ceramic microspheres with a polymer binder, but optimized for interior and façade use in low‑rise construction and renovation.
Applied in thin layers (typically around 1 mm, with possible multi‑layer build‑up), TSM Ceramic Home creates a decorative, paint‑like finish that simultaneously performs as thermal insulation and anti‑condensation barrier. It can be tinted to any color, allowing users to avoid additional finishing coats and integrate insulation directly into the interior or façade design.
The coating helps increase inner surface temperature of walls, thereby reducing relative humidity at the surface, preventing condensation and the growth of mold and mildew in corners and on cold external walls. It is compatible with concrete, brick, plaster, drywall and wood, making it suitable both for new construction and refurbishment of existing buildings, including panel houses and wooden cottages.
Packaging in 1–10 liter buckets simplifies transportation and application: homeowners can apply the material by roller or brush without specialized equipment, following basic surface cleaning and priming recommendations. TSM positions the Home line as an energy‑saving solution that improves comfort, reduces heating costs and extends the life of building structures without increasing wall thickness or changing façade geometry. The product is accompanied by TSM’s guidelines and, when needed, technical support on layer thickness and consumption calculation for specific rooms and façades.
