Fuzan 942-F is a no-clean flux for wave soldering, classified ORL0 under J-STD-004B, formulated without rosin (hence its near-colorless appearance) with 4.37% solids suspended in a solvent blend that keeps particles evenly distributed during storage and application. It meets J-STD-004 SIR and ECM electrical-safety requirements and Telcordia GR-78, and is validated across all common lead-free and tin-lead alloys — including SAC305, SAC105, SAC0307, tin-silver-copper variants, and 63Sn/37Pb — as well as HASL, immersion silver, ENIG, and OSP board finishes. The flux is applied by foam fluxing or spraying, offers a wide process window for large or thick boards, and contains no SVHC substances under REACH. It carries a 2-year shelf life in a closed container below 40 °C; once opened, it should be recapped promptly and kept cool and dry to limit alcohol evaporation. Residues are non-corrosive and electrically safe as-is, but where cosmetic appearance or extreme service conditions require it, Clarix cleaning fluids can remove them.
