Our On-line Transformer Oil Regeneration not just only restores used oil to new oil conditions, it also removes Acidity, Sludge and Soluble oil decay from windings and cooling system.
Oil Regeneration at every 5-6 years lowers the operating temperature, prevents re-contamination of the oil &
maintains the chemical properties of insulating oil. That ensures reduced risk of unplanned outages, reduced maintenance costs and maximum Transformer life and reliability.
Vortech also specialises in regenerating Transformer oil in storage tanks on site, thus enabling the client to re-use their oil eliminating oil wastage and reducing their carbon footprint.
The technology employed uses an environmental friendly medium of specially blended Activated Bauxite, for filtering which can be reactivated over 300 times. No disposal of oil soaked waste is therefore required.
