The batch type waste tyre pyrolysis plant can convert wastetyres ,rubber , plastic into industrial fuels like Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black and Hydrocarbon Gas. The complete pyrolysis plant inlcuding 6 parts : Auto feeding system , pyrolysis reactor , heating system , condensing system , dedusting system and carbon black discharging system.

Usage of the output product

Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc.
Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products.
Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting.
The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.

Working process of the pyrolysis plant



Step 1: Feeding. Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;

Step 2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperature and oil gas comes out .

Step 3: Oil producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned to liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for second burning.　　

Step 4: Cooling . After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.

Step 5: Carbon black discharging.

Step 6: Pulling out steel wire.

1. High automation: Loading used tires/plastic into the pyrolysis reactor with 50ton hydraulic pressure. The auto feeder can save labour and help you load more waste material , so compared with manual feeding, automatic feeder is more efficient.

2. 100% safey : The pyrolysis reactor is made of Q245R/Q345R boiler plate ,which is high pressure and high temperature resistance that ensure its longer service life. Adding perfect hot seal technology to ensure operation safe.
