South Pars Gas Complex (SPGC) was established in 1998, to operate developmental phases 1 to 10, 15 & 16, 17 & 18 and 20 & 21 of South Pars Gas Field, as a subsidiary company of National Iranian Gas Company. Presently, it operates ten phases in five refineries. The 10 phases of south pars are located in 5 independent gas treatment plants in the vicinity of one another in pars special economic energy zone in Assaluyeh port situated in Bushehr province with the distance of 270 km
