The Association shall have the following goals:

Enhancement of the scientific, training, industrial, economical and managerial capacities of the water and wastewater sector at national level through:
1- Exchange of information and experiences at national and international levels between experts and executives involved in water and wastewater activities.
2- Enhancement of awareness of issues related to water and environment through specialized training programs.
3- Development and promotion of studies and research on water and wastewater science and technology.
4- Assessment and improvement of the quality of water and wastewater services.
