Rangin Nama Pouya Co. has also facilitated to very modern technical machines and tools like powder electrostatic coating furnaces and updated 3D design software. According to full door & window production line installed in this company including raw profile measuring, cutting, forming, pre coating, powder coating equipments, locks & handles manufacturing and assembling machines and also multi layer glass package production line, all of them based on a unique space, total production cycle time and costs are intentionally cut and concentration on final products quality has increased up to high level. Bi or Multi layer glazed glass package assembly by skilled workers inside the factory and doing very exact quality inspection after that, are the best evidence for this subject. Consequently, decreasing door & widow installation time in construction projects is the most important result of above matter. Design Division Our designers offer their etudes and drawing either regards to market research outputs directly or by the aim of changing market demand shape. For achieving this purpose, new types or cross section of aluminum profiles have been developed in this department. Experienced engineers consider the following key points during conceptual design process: 1- Perfect sealing of products against water and dust (air). 2- Elegance design via suitable curves and flat lines application. 3- Capability of high quality accessories using. 4- Effective insulation. 5- Permission of double or even triple glazed glasses selection. 6- Assembling by strong and rapid type fitting and connectors. 7- Increasing torsion and bending strength by means of applying special trigonometry of parts and accurate thicknesses so that any non mandatory costs cut. Production Planning Division: After formation of contract, all necessary inputs for production planning is taken from sale division. Then, accurate quantity of raw materials for every projects is estimated and after checking them with warehouse, ordering process starts. Another main function in this division is preparation weekly production plan and calculation of production capability of different section. Quality Assurance Division: Major mission of quality assurance division is confirmation, evaluation and protection of Quality Management System which guarantee customer legal right. Quality inspection stations are present in material arrival point, during production and final products. All of the suppliers are supervised under an exact control plan and they are responsible to improve their nonconformities. Predicting of required training courses for all of the personnel inspecting the production line and the final products are also the main function of division. Production Division: A- Anodizing process & pre coating treatment: Profiles and parts clamp with special fixtures. Then, they dip into chemicals containers by crane. After a certain period, they transmit to the next chemical and this procedure repeat until final precoating process being completed. So after drying, parts are ready for painting. B- Coating process: Pre coated profiles from previous section fix on a conveyor which is moving into painting cabin. When they arrive to the cabin, electrostatic ionized powder coating spray on the whole surface of them. After that, they pass through a curing furnace during 15 minutes or more and completely cure. At the end, they take apart of conveyor and exactly inspect for the next stage. C- Cutting process: On the base of building measurement outputs, optimum quantity and size of each profile are calculated by a computer. Then coated profiles cut with special sawing machines. These machines are able to set the angles automatically and the distances between two jaws of saws is under control with an electronic measuring instrument continuously. The saws are equipped with 50centimeters annealed cutters which are able to cut very thick profiles smoothly. D- Milling process: Cut profiles need to drilling by hands of milling machines because of assembling locks& handles and creating water drain path. So, they transfer to this operation station. E- Pressing, Drilling and Notch Creating processes: In this step, all of special required holes and notches are applied on certain points of profile according to technical documents. F- Montage division: In Rangin Nama Pouya Co. There are different ways for windows montage. Using screws, special connectors and punching tools facilitate and accelerate fabrication. G- Bending process: It's special process which permit workers make curved and circular windows. H- Bi/Multi layer grazed glass production process: By consideration of windows measuring data, dimension of glasses and spacers would be identified simply by a computational program. The edges of cut glasses should be rounded to avoid safety hazards. The space between two glass surfaces fills with special dehumidifiers and they pack by rectangular plastic parts on 4 corners, then ,both two sides of spacer submerge to Butyle adhesive which inject continuously through a dispenser. Injection temperature is about 140-145 C. Glasses are moved to washing place by a conveyor automatically and cleaned with 6 brushes in front of water spray. Lately, a strong air jet dries them. The inspectors check exactly any dirty effect by eye control and semi products take into pressing workshop on a conveyor .There, glasses and spacers being pressed together and they fill with extra layer of Poly Sulfide adhesive and if it is necessary ,Argon inject in the space between glass surfaces. Bi or multi layer glazed glasses deliver to customers or install on windows frames after checking and inspection operations.
