PECC was founded in 1996 by Mr.Ahmad Nilkar, who helds as a ms in civil enginering from technical faculty of Tehran university .

He obtainned valuable skills and expertise via collaboration with Ghods-Niro engineering co. in design and supervisory of the power plants and power distribution projects .

In 1992 Mr. Nilkar , as an expert engineer commenced his cooperation with POL & Sakhteman Alamout construction co. The out comes of this fruitfyl collaboration are municipality building (zone 5). Velen-Jak deviation tunnel and the famous big project of Navab in Tehran .

In 1995 individually received the order for construction of BU - Ali and Nilkar high rises in Tehran . Beside all above in this period he has constructed concrete structure and a part of finishing works of iranian parliament (MAJLES) in a contract with IDRO and ministry of

(PECC) is a fast growing company with more than a decade of experience in engineering , material procurement and construction of oil & gas , projects / pipeline / gas network and distribution ... industrial buildings, gas station , oil & gas storage tanks , large scale ... , commenical building , tunnel , dam and heavy concrete structures .
