Middle East Mines & Mineral Industries Development Holding Co. (MIDHCO) is established in 2007 (The new management commenced it's activities from 2009) by support of Bank Pasargad and over 6,000 shareholders. The registered asset is Rials 1,000 million ($ 100 million) and is approved to be increased to Rials 5,000 million ($ 500 million) by the shareholders.
The company is succeed in planning and design of mining projects, for investment in copper, steel & related mining industries estimated at about $ 2.5 billion, The presence and participation of well known highly qualified managers, who have long and successful strategy management and planning projects management, planet operation of Mining of Industries and Mines, as well as steel, copper, mining and metallurgical Industries.
MIDHCO has the advantages through it's subsidiary companies including Iranian Industrial Development & Renovation Construction Company (MANA) with over 30 years of experiences, a commercial company, an engineering co & two steel companies in charge of MIDHCO steel and Mining Projects a Ferro Siliceous company and newly established company in England.
