Article 19 - the governing bodies of IRCOLD are as follows:

The supreme council, the executive board, technical committees and the central office.



Article 20 - the supreme council consists of 11 members including the chairman, deputy chairman, secretary-general and eight other members whom are introduced by the highest concerned authority in that organization and are approved by the Minister of Energy:


- Minister of Energy of Iran as the chairman of the supreme council

- Deputy Minister of Energy for Energy Affairs as the deputy chair of the supreme council

- Two representatives from the water affairs of the Ministry of Energy

- One representative from the Planning and Budgeting Organization

- One representative from Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

- One representative from an Iranian University

- Two representatives from consultant engineers (one from private and the other from public sector)

- Two representatives from syndicate of contractors and civil workers (one from private and the other from public sector) . ..........
