Hot cut circular saw blade

Hot saw blade are used in circular sawing machines for cutting hot rolled steel sections, steel tube, and steel bar (square, round and flat). Material of cutting workpiese include mild steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel etc.

Blade material: used quality tool steel, 45Mn2V, 50Mn2V 65Mn, 51Mn7, 46Mn as saw body material.
It is characterized by good comprehensive mechanical property, high hardness and abrasive resistance at the tip of tooth.

Size from 800 to 2500mm
Thickness from 7 to 16mm
Tooth hardness 50-55HRC.
