The RPG sandwich must be used to create a reliable, insulating base on frame structures ready for finishing. The RPG sandwich is a structure made of extruded polystyrene XPS (insulating material) + SML (glass-magnesium sheet) or OSB (oriented strand board). The XPS layer gives the sandwich structure excellent, adjustable (by varying thickness) insulating properties. A layer of SML or OSB gives the structure planar rigidity and preparation for further finishing work. The operating temperature range of the sandwich is from -50 to +75 *C and can be used for indoor, outdoor and wet areas. The RPG sandwich is light in weight and does not overload the structure of buildings, covering significant spans and withstands heavy fracture loads. Due to the extruded polystyrene filler, the sandwich is reliably and quickly glued together, along the joint with polyurethane-based mounting adhesive, creating the integrity of the insulating layer.
