APPLICATION:
For filling viscous and semi viscous products like tomato paste, sauces and dressing ,edible and industrial oils in metal containers ( cans) ,glass jars and plastic containers
SPECIFICATION:
PF 2/1000 hopper is equipped with mixer and pf2/1000 model is without mixer assembly
The filling is volumetric with twin piston and cylinder
The filling volume is adjusted mechanically and both cylinders are adjusted with single screw
All the part s in contact with product is made of SS 316 and machines exterior and cladding is made of SS 304
CONTROL MECHANISM
The machine is full automatic in operation and in absence of container stop the filling operation

All the electrical and electronic components used in machine is west European made
