Application:
- For packing plastic (PET, Polyethylene)bottles in packs of 2,3,4 rows (without tray)for products like mineral water, yogurt drink ,beverages etc…
Wrapping Material:
- Polyethylene roll(PE)40-120 micron thickness.
Specification:

Machine has pneumatic configuration system for putting in final order the bottles before wrapping.
The bottle pack is wrapped with nylon pack while passing through welding gate and it enters inside the tunnel for shrinking.
The tunnel is heated by electric heating elements.
The nylon weld is heated type and the weld temperature is controlled by thermostat.
Inside the tunnel circulation of hot air is provided by electric fan.
The machine has automatic upper and lower roll opening mechanism.
The machine has cooling fan end of the tunnel.
The machine frame and body is made of mild steel covered with layers of epoxy paint.
Control system:
- The machine operation is automatic controlled by PLC.

- All electric, electronic and pneumatic components used in machine is West European made.
