Touch screen man-machine interface: TJ100-SE adopts 7-inch full-color touch screen control, easy to operate and simple to use. Good man-machine interface design, intuitive data, real-time display of electrolyte temperature and current curve.

Parameter storage and recall function: The polishing voltage, pump flow speed, photosensitive stop value, recommended temperature and electrolyte name set for each operation can be named, stored and recalled at any time.

Unique voltage scanning function: the metal sample can be scanned in a selected range of voltage changes to obtain the anode polarization curve of the metal, and the appropriate polishing voltage can be selected on the polarization curve.

Stable performance and durability: liquid transmission of corrosion-resistant gear pump, advanced PLC control, subdivided pump flow speed and light sensor stop value, good sample preparation repeatability. The electrolytic cell is separated from the control part to minimize the influence of the corrosive medium on the control part. The electrolytic cell is divided into an inner tank and a lower shell, and the double-layer protection has better insulation and cooling effects.

Independent cooling source cooling control: using independent low temperature circulation cold pump cooling control, directly setting the temperature on the touch screen, establishing a second constant temperature field in the electrolytic cell, and performing constant temperature control, which greatly improves the repeatability of sample preparation.
