Electron gun scanning controller (hereinafter referred to as scanner) is a scanning control power supply for electron guns. The scanner cleverly combines analog and digital circuits, and has an RS232 (or RS485) communication interface, enabling it to communicate with a computer, which plays an indispensable role in achieving automatic control of coating equipment. The scanner can memorize the position and size of the beam spot in the manual control mode, and can choose to store different waveforms and different frequencies accordingly.
The scanner communicator is the intelligent communicator with the most advanced technology in China. It is connected to the host computer through the serial bus 2C, which is reliable, safe and user-friendly. The user-friendly hand-held buttons make it easy to operate the scanner.
