It is a complete and nutritious food that is prepared from very natural items such as local doogh, spices and wheat semolina.
Preparation method:
Chop an onion and fry it in animal oil. Of course, onion is a taste.
We also need some good quality and dry curd.
When the onions are golden, add two to three tablespoons of dried curd and stir. (One tablespoon of curd per person is appropriate)
Add water little by little and mix. The amount depends on the quality of the curd.
Once the curd is dissolved in the water, let it rest on a gentle heat for a while for the ingredients to settle.
