There are two types of impact crusher: two-chamber PF and there-chamber PFV crusher. Dealing with the material with the side length below 500mm not more than 250MPa anti-pressure strength, Impact crusher can be widely used in crushing the coarse, medium and fine material (E.g. granite, limestone concrete). During the process of operating, the rotor at highspeed will be brought along by the electric motor. The material will be impacted by the Flat Hammer to be crushed, and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing, then be discharged through the discharge opening.
WORKING PRINCIPLE

This machine used impact energy to crush the raw material. When the material comes to zone of action of hammer plate, material will be pushed to impact device to be crushed under the force of impact, then the material will bounce back to zone of action to be re-crushed, this process would not discharged from bottom of machine. Adjusting the gap between impact rack and rotor rack could change the output size and shape of material.
