Stainless Steel Round Mellapak Packing Metal Structured Packing
Metal Corrugated Plate Packing is made from perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packings. It consist a series of metal sheets specially arranged and engineered to encourage contact between liquid in a chemical process tower. First introduced in the 1970s, corrugated structured packing remains in use today as an afforsable, efficient and reliable alternative to over other tower packings.
The corrugated metal structured packing has the advantages of large flow, small resistance, high efficiency, low cost, strong anti-blocking ability. The 250-type metal structured packing is the first for my country to develop and applied to industrial production, which reflects the excellent performance of the metal structured packing. Good separation ability, wide operating range. Instead of general inner, the old tower is transformed, and the service life is extended.
