Battery management systems monitoring and controlling high-voltage batteries

Multi-module batteries consist of several single-battery modules which are connected in series or parallel.

Typically large-format Lithium-ion battery packs consist of modules that are assembled together. Multi-module batteries are typical for applications with high-voltage batteries including energy storage systems, UPS, Photovoltaic farm, e-boats and Solar energy storage system.

To ensure the optimal use of the energy, to manage the charging and discharging processes, and to assess each cell‘s State-of-Charge(SoC), State-of-Health (SoH), and other status parameters, the battery management system (BMS) monitor and controls all processes relevant to the battery’s overall performance and lifetime.

15S wire harness with M4 / M6 terminal * 11sets

(15S48V battery pack / module, 11 modules connected in series for 165S 528V 160A system)

SBMS(stack BMS) will be provided when multi-BMS connected in parallel.
