ELECMAN ® UL797 Carbon Steel Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT Conduit)



ELECMAN® UL797 carbon steel electrical metallic tubing (EMT conduit), also commonly called thin-wall, is a listed steel raceway of circular cross section, which is unthreaded, and nominally 10' long. EMT is available in trade sizes 1/2 through 4. The outside is galvanized for corrosion protection and the inside has an approved corrosion-resistant organic coating.

Application


ELECMAN® UL797 carbon steel electrical metallic tubing (EMT conduit) is a tube used to protect and route electrical wiring in a building or structure.

Features



The outside is galvanized for corrosion protection and the inside has an approved corrosion-resistant organic coating.
EMT itself is not threaded, but can be used with threaded fittings and clamps to it.
EMT conduit connects with set screw type connectors for indoor and outdoor use.​​

ELECMAN® UL797 carbon steel electrical metallic tubing (EMT conduit) in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Electrical metallic tubing shall be carbon steel, electrically welded, galvanized and produced to the following specifications:

Packing Information




EMT conduits are packed in bundles with woven bag, we also can put customers' sticker on pipes, on woven bag, we will put a big sticker with detailed information for customers to distinguish different sizes. for regular packing information, please check the Table 2.
