ABIRAN CO. has been established since 1977 in Iran as private joint stock company.

ABIRAN CO. has participated seriously in many water and wastewater project in Iran. Up to now the company has performed more than 52 water and wastewater projects.

The main activities of the company are:

§ Wastewater treatment
§ Wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial)
§ Water desalination
§ Large pump stations

Another major activity of the company is manufacturing of mechanical equipment required by the water and wastewater treatment plant. In 1993 ABIRAN CO. singed a cooperation agreement with EUROMAC Co. in Italy.

Which led ABIRAN CO. to be a license of EUROMAC in manufacturing of various devices and components of water and wastewater treatment plants, such as chain and rotational scrapers for settling tanks, mechanical bar screen, flocculators and surface aerators and etc.

Due to an intelligent planning and collaborative work team, ABIRAN CO. now is a well-known establishment in the field of water and wastewater treatment and is one of the most reliable contractors in Iran

Rotor: Rotor is in fiberglass of monolithic construction, corrosion resistant internally reinforced with a steel structure and completely filed with closed cell polyurethane foam. Rotor is floating and this neutralizes downwards-dynamic thrust. In this way a longer life is assured for gearbox bearings, Corrosion in any type of effluent also visually not exist ant and no maintenance over the years is required. The inclination of the blades (integral part of the rotor) and rotor-curved profile optimize the pumping rate as well as oxygen transfer.
Motor: First class make, LP 55 protected motor for continuous outdoor operation is fitted. It can be suited to any local electric feed characteristics (voltage, cps) and for any type of environments.
Dual polarity as continuons variable speed motors is available on option.
Gearbox: First class make, precision built gearboxes to suit any particular requirement of the customer are available. Special care is being taken on the service factor, bearing life, materials etc. to ensure a trouble free, and long lasting life to cope with rotor characteristics.
Oxygen transfer efficiency: giants.
