(Private Joint Stock) was established in February 2003 at a site by 31 Hectares located at kavian industrial zone , kilometer post 45 of Mashhad-Fariman Road to produce different types of spiral steel pipes coated and isolated on double sides through three layers polyethylene with high density (H.D.P.E) and solvent free epoxy to be used for gas , oil, petrochemical and water transmission lines and also to manufacture industrial structures , telecommunication towers , marine docks and shipyard industries. The construction operation of the factories started on April 13,2003 to manufacture 182 km of steel spiral pipes by 2000 mm diameter and ST 52-3, ST44-2 and ST 37-2 sheets grade having three layers polyethylene outer coat and solvent free epoxy inner coat for water transmission from Dusti Dam to Mashhad city and the factories have been operated in 2004 .
