MagharehSazi Iran Company (public stock) was established in 1/8/1974 under register no. 19281 with the name of Maneh company (private stock) by participating Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) of Iran with 60% and Satkab company with 40% stocks and was registered in Tehran Industrial ownership and company register headquarters with initial capital of 10’000’000 Rials. In 29/11/1983, the name of Maneh Co. was changed to MagharehSazi Iran Co. (private stock). This company was separated from IDRO and affiliated to Ministry of Industries in 24/9/1982 and assigned its management to National Iranian Industries organization

In 1989, all properties and financial rights performed from construction plan credits of MagharehSazi were assigned to Satkab Co. with approving cabinet ministers and according to article no. 48 of budgect low approved in 1972. In 1997, MagharehSazi Iran Co. was changed to public stock and its capital increased to 3’500’000’000 Rials and in 12 March 1991; the stocks of MagharehSazi Co. were assigned as follows: 51% stocks to Iran Industrial Developing Investment, 12% stocks to the employees, and 1% stocks to all people.

In this year, MagharehSazi Iran Co. was accepted in stock Exchange Organization. In 1999, the head office of MagharehSazi Iran Co. was transferred to factory place with register no. 162 located in kaveh Industrial city, Saveh. The development plan of 2500 tons in MagharehSazi Iran Co. assigned to product kinds of special Insulators for substations and related equipments was confirmed by Markazi province Industries Headquarters in 1999 and the establishment license was issued. In 2000 , the company ‘s capital was increased from 3’500’000’000 Rials to 10’500’000’000 Rials for starting the first phase of development plan and in 2003 for starting the second phase was increased from 10’500’000’000 Rials to 25’000’000’000 Rials.
