As the managing director of Pars Azma Co, I am very pleased to take this opportunity to introduce our company briefly.

Pars Azma has been established in 1989 with permission of the Industries and Health Ministries of Iran.

Our company is the first largest factory that manufactures a variety of laboratory equipment and succeeded to certify according to the Quality Management System and acquired the ISO 9002 in 2001 and ISO 9001:2000 in 2003, both of them issued by a British Inspection Company.

Due to many years of solid experiences, use of old hand technicians, skillful and industrious employee in all parts of production line, consultation with pioneers in the field, especially faculties of universities, Our company has represented itself as one of the reliable suppliers of laboratory equipment with high quality products in our country and international market.

Our company is located in the province of Isfahan, one of the ancient, spectacular and historical places of the world.

Departments

There are different departments in the company including:

2.1 The "Research Department"

The main task of this department is to gather and analyze information. Then this information will be delivered to “Design and Engineering Department”.

2.2 The "Design and Engineering Department"

The major task of this department is to use the information supplied by the research department to improve the quality of products as well as developing new innovative systems and laboratory instruments.

2.3 The "Production Department"

All raw materials are purchased, tested, quality controlled and stored prior to delivering to the "Production Department". In order to manufacture a product, the production department prepares the production line according to the prepared plans and schedules.

Then the components and raw materials are delivered to the production department according to the department's request. At this stage, highly skillful personnel are working together in a close cooperation to manufacture faultless products.

During all different stages of the production, the department of “Quality Assurance” performs precise quality control at defined stations of the production line regularly. After final approval, products are packed, stored and delivered to the “Commercial and Sale” department.


2.4 The "Quality Assurance Department"

This is another major and important department of the company. This department is in charge of the quality control from the point of purchasing the parts and the raw materials to the final stage of the production and even costumer satisfaction. We will be in contact with costumers through different ways, such as faxes, e-mails, letters and phones to collect their point of views and ideas about the products. Then, ideas are examined and considered precisely and carefully by the department and the director of the company and reported to the relevant departments.

Pars Azma has a very well equipped laboratory. This unit is working under the direct supervision of the quality assurance department. The main tasks of this unit are as follows:

a) To control and approve the quality of the raw materials and parts to be purchased.

b) To test, control and approve the quality of all prototypes developed by the design and engineering department.

Then, the prototypes are given to the production department to be manufactured in large quantities.

c) To control and approve the quality and performance of the final products prior to packaging and storage operation.

2.5The "Commercial Department"

This department is responsible for selling the products in our country and also exporting them to the other countries. Pars Azma is the first Iranian company manufacturing laboratory equipment and able to establish commercial relationships with a number of credible countries. To empower this relationship, we have attended in different international exhibition such as Arab Lab. Due to high quality of the products, we encounter with a large demands.

This department is located in Tehran, the capital of Iran. We have active representatives all over the country.

2.6 "After Sale Service Department"

Giving service to our costumers is the major task of this department. It gives necessary services to all parts of the country. Our distributors in foreign countries send their staff to participate in special courses, which is arranged to train and improve their ability for different services.
