Artin, a Private Joint Stock (P.J.S.) Company, was founded in 1973 in Tehran, Iran. Its foremost principle was to provide medical assistance to a growing and demanding market. Throughout the years Artin has supplied a wide spectrum of medical supplies, ranging from hemodialysis machines, pacemakers, artificial heart valves, blood collection technologies, angiography and radiology equipments. The relentless struggle to supply the most advanced products has made Artin a recognized name for reliability and dependability among the medical centers nationwide.
During the devastating 1980-1988 war, due to serious shortage of pure water throughout the nation, Artin Company undertook the challenging task of providing water purification systems along with the hemodialysis machines. Consequently, amid the soaring demand for pure water the new Water Purification Technology division was founded. Nowadays, this division is heavily involved in the design, development and manufacture of water treatment systems for industrial, commercial, medical, and residential sectors.
