Hampa Engineثring Corporation (HEC) is a private joint stock company registered under the laws of the Islamic republic of Iran and supported by 46 shareholding companies. Although Hampa enjoys contribution of shareholding companies and utilizes their resources to implement various projects, board of directors’ decisions are made independently.
The company has been tailored in this fashion to identify specific needs of customers and meet them by using vast resources in its possession. Hampa implements the financial backing of Karafrin, a private Iranian bank, since the owner of its shareholders are also shareholders thereof.
Hampa subsidiary headquarters, a registered company in Hamburg, Germany, fulfills international contractual negotiations with licensors, vendors, foreign companies, and also the procurement and supply of off-shore equipment and materials. While, other affiliated companies in Switzerland, and in Malaysia are in close contact with Germany office.
