Refah Bank as the sole Iranian organization has succeeded to achieve the certificate of "Commitment to Excellence" (C2E) from European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Such certificate is allocated for those organizations which have started the journey towards excellence. Receiving such certificate by Refah Bank is a starting point for movements towards excellence in the country's Banking system.

ISO9001-2000
According to the supervisory auditing of Quality Management System and based on the report of the auditors team from DQS, the validity of the ISO 9001-2000 certificate from German DQS institute was extended for another one year.

Top Rank in Clients' Satisfaction Grade
By assessing the clients' satisfaction, regarding the process of extending services through public and state-owned institutes, conducted by vice-presidency office, Refah Bank has won the first place for the fourth successive year.
