Two major activities of the company are as follows:
1) "Afratab Lights" is a division of Afratab Group, which designs and produces energy efficient products, mainly CFL and LED products with high quality and extra long life. Another major products of the company in lighting category, are electronic ballasts, photocell and solar systems.
2) "Afratab Telecom" is a division of Afratab Group, Which designs and produces GSM-based telecommunication products, Payphones and fleet management system as well as other related equipments. Afratab has been the supplier to Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) for GSM Rural telephone interface and Public payphones as well. Since year 2000, Afratab has supplied more than 7000 units of GSM Terminal, which are used to provide rural telephony service to more than 7000 villages. Since March 2004, Afratab has become the main supplier of 3rd generation IC card public phone for the Domestic Telecom market. Afratab has managed to supply over 65,000 various kinds of IC card, GSM and Coin Card public Payphones with central management, to 28 provinces.
