In 1981, Omidian Engineering Group backed by the knowledge, experience and creativity of its young managers, engineers, and scholars, and 50 years of loyal and committed services of Iranian experts, with the management of Eng. Amir Hossein Omidian, managed to achieve significant high standards in scientific, social, commercial and industrial arenas. The main activities of this engineering complex are manufacturing and services related to high voltage and industrial electricity safety, and the results of this endeavor were the achievement of various awards conferred by the president of that time Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mr. Es’hagh Jahangiri Governor of Isfahan, and Professional Electricity Associations, distinct industrial unit awards 2008 by Isfahan Industries and Mines Organization, and numerous certificates and memorabilia for active participation and guidance of partner companies in domestic and international exhibitions. Sponsorship of "Omid Fuse" soccer team, training of hundreds of electrical diploma, higher diploma and engineer apprentices, collaboration in more than a hundred national and provincial development programs, scientific consultancy, scientific research, and financial support for provincial and national elites, and close cooperation with the Isfahan province inventors and explorers club, and commercialization of electrical industry alumni ideas with the purpose of incorporating various companies active in the field of electricity, clearly depicts the dynamism and flexibility of this engineering group.
Economic and international sanctions, because of the technological and industrial dependencies of Iran dating back to the Shah’s regime, in many cases caused sluggish development of the newly revolutionized Iran. It would be joy for enemies, if patriot, capable, and skillful people were not around to give hand. The company takes pride in being able, as a small member of the Iranian industrial pioneers, to fulfill its responsibilities both at the time of the imposed war against Iran and the post-war rebuilding of the country, in the fields of manufacturing, design, maintenance, and repair of very scarce electrical components and parts for the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industries and Mines, Steel and Iron Complex, IRI Aviation Organization, and the Oil Ministry.
