Energy Pars Group (EPars) is a knowledge-based company, which has stepped into industrial arena since 2003 by establishing one of the related units to the group. EPars group is competent to design, produce and implement projects related to oil, gas, petrochemical and renewable energies, while possessing different number of scientific and research departments accompanied by a team of scientists and experienced experts.

Due to the fact that the production of any quality product from conceptualization to production, is only possible through a quality oriented system and proper resources utilization, hence EPars group with the aim of being responsive to the strategic industry demand of the country, has targeted the design of an advanced research, engineering and industrial organization, with particular emphasis on attracting genius and talented individuals and employing experts. The most important outcome of this inspiration would be supporting young and dedicated experts of our homeland, proper country's resources utilization, sustainable university-industry cooperation and finally accomplishment of Iranian science and industry.

With this regard, in 2009 group management decided to equip and launch group's comprehensive research and engineering centre including departments namely Mechanical, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Robotics and Industrial Automation, Software & Network, Polymer, Nanotechnology and Non-Destructive Testing. Moreover at the beginning of 2010, specialty labs of research institute including Metallurgy laboratory, Rubber & Plastic laboratory, Paint & Coating Quality Control laboratory, as well as dedicated Gas Meter laboratory were inaugurated.

In recognition of group, is the design and fabrication of the first Smart Gas Meter with native technology of the country, which brings Islamic Republic of Iran among few holders of this technology in the world.
