Established in 1994, Cord is now the largest producer of sanitary ware in Iran. We employ over 1000 people and have a production capacity of 1.5 million pieces of sanitary ware per annum.



Our plant is state of the art, allowing us to manufacture top quality products of superior standards. In addition to leading sales in the domestic market, we currently export to more than 12 countries in the region and worldwide.



In 2007, Cord decided to expand its product line to include ceramic tiles. With the assistance of local labor and under the guidance of Sacme of Italy, Cord succeeded in building a fully automated production facility employing leading edge technology. In 2008 Cord produced its first tiles.



In the meantime, in order to ensure the highest level of quality in both process and product, while equipping the line with necessary testing equipment approved by ISO and by the National Bureau of Standards, Cord built a testing laboratory. This laboratory has been accredited by the Bureau of Standards and Industrial Research for the city of Kermanshah, to perform testing of ceramic floor and wall tiles required by the National Bureau of Standards.



Today, Cord Tile Company has a staff of 220 dedicated employees who work together to produce 4.2 million square meters of high quality “monoporosa rossa” tiles per year, in a variety of designs and sizes, for its domestic and international customers.
