Aalipayam Medical Engineering Co. was established in 1995 by a group of ophthalmologists and medical engineers with the purpose of designing and producing ophthalmic equipment. Designing and manufacturing the first sample of surgical equipment called “Vitrectomy” resulted in winning awards at the International Kharazmi Festival. Manufacturing and presenting various products in ophthalmology field brought fame for Aalipayam Co. in a short time as the first and unique ophthalmology equipment producer in Iran and the Middle East. At the moment, the company has 30 employees including experienced, professional and skilled doctors and engineers working in research and development department, production and assembly department, quality control, marketing and service departments.
AALIPAYAM’s 1000 square-meter factory is situated in a green and verdured valley named Roudak on Fasham Road, re-designing its Phaco-Vitrectomy in order to exhibit its modern-designed and internationally standardized products.
This company has been also awarded at Sheikh-Bahaee Festival held in Esfahan.

Certificates, Approvals and Standards: This company has won 3rd place in creativity at 10th International Kharazmi Festival, Has obtained Scientific-Industrial Research Organization approval, Inventions and innovations letters patent, the winner of the first Sheikh-Bahaee Festival, Has gained ISO 9001:2000 quality control from DAS Company in England and BVQI in France, ISO 13485 medical equipment quality control, CE standardized product quality and quality approval from Ministry of Health.

Domestic Market and Customers: With Catavit 2010 and Morvarid phaco-vitrectomy manufacturing, more than 60% of ophthalmic requirements are being provided and on the other hand, there is no need of importing disposable products from other Countries. Our main customers are state Organizations, Hospitals, Medical universities, Clinics and Medical centers.

International Market and Products: Active participation in domestic and international exhibition and congresses has resulted in drawing foreign customers attention to Aalipayam’s products. Our main export has been to Syria in these recent years. Other international actions taken by this company are selling a sample of equipment to India, United Arab Emirates and Iraq, marketing in Belarus for organizing a product line and at the moment assigning a representative or agent and exporting equipment to Pakistan. The new product has been designed and manufactured according to high-tech development in cataract surgeries. This product is a new phaco-vitrectomy called “Morvarid” and is ready to be delivered. Its quality and cost can compete against other similar products.

Service Department: This department is one of the most hard working sections in the field of giving services to users including installation, training service, repairing and satisfactory maintenance of installed products by the cooperation of skilled and professional engineers and medical experts inside and outside the Country.
