Glucosan company started its operation in 1970 with the aim of producing starch and glucose from corn at alborz ghazvin industrial town.
The factory started operation with 50 tons corn mill per day and now increased to 200 tons. The produced starch and glucose are supplied as raw material to more than 300 factories and workshops of food and industries.
Glucosan company is the sole producer of liquid corn oil in iran which is exported to neighbouring countries.
The production of starch and glucose derivatives were studied and new products will be supplied to the market in near future.
