Rahbaran Petrochemical Company (RPC), one of the groups of companies affiliated to the National Petrochemical Industries, was established in 1999 to provide services to the managerial society of the country, especially to the employees of oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. It started its activities with a new look to managerial applied trainings.

By providing advanced training hardware and software facilities over this period of time; enjoying the knowledge and experiment of local and international institutes; gaining knowledge of oil industry; using and promoting modern methods; and providing solutions for the problems, Rahbaran has presented new experiences for intelligent dealing with new managerial challenges within the area of managerial applied training, support and consultation services, and training assistance for the purpose of promotion of the capabilities and skills of the managers from different sectors of oil industry as well as economic enterprises of the country. Continuous promotion of operational methods of the Company oriented towards having access to international training standards; provision of training facilities for the participants; continuous effort for the purpose of the customers’ satisfaction and provision of managerial special areas have been of other developmental goals of this Company.
