In the middle of 2011, with the opening of harvesting season of the fruits such as Sour cherry, Barberry and Pomegranate, the production process was began, and the company was able to reach an acceptable standard quality.
Khoosheh Sorkhe Shargh Agro Industrial Company is one of the producer and exporter of Fruit Juice Concentrate in Iran. The company presents its products to the market with the trade name of Khooshe Sorkh.
The company was able to produce the Barberry Juice Concentrate for the first time in Iran and in the entire world. So for this reason, the factory is in the largest production area of Barberry, that is South Khorasan Province, and focuses on production of Barberry Juice Concentrate.
By using the European Production line from Bucher Unipektin –Switzerland Company, the company produces Barberry, Pomegranate and Sour cherry Juice Concentrate and also can produce Grape, Date juice concentrate and other products.
By considering this fact that the factory is located in Qaen Industrial Zone in Qaen, South Khorasan Province, which has got the first ranking of Barberry production in the world, it is possible to get the Barberry of this area and produce qualified Barberry Juice Concentrate. South Khorasan Province produces 98% of Barberry of country. Barberry is rich in Anti Oxidants and Vitamin C.
The surrounded land of factory which was constructed is 37750 m2 and total of all the production, Stores, Cold Stores, Labs,Utility, Concrete Reservoir and Official Buildings is 5500 m2.
The capacity of the production line in reception of fruits is 10 ton/h for Barberry, Sour cherry, Grape and 14 ton/h for Pomegranate and 5 ton/h for Date.
