Composition: evacuated ceramic microspheres, synthetic rubber, acrylic polymers and special functional additives (antifungal, anti-corrosion components)
Volume: 1 – 20 liters.
Shelf life: 1 year
It is intended for attics, floors, inter‑floor ceilings, frame cavities, difficult‑to‑access zones and irregular voids that require improved thermal performance without heavy loads on the structure. The material consists of granular or microsphere‑based particles with low thermal conductivity and minimal water absorption, which can be poured or blown into the space to create a continuous insulating layer.
This loose‑fill insulation preserves breathability of structures while reducing heat losses and preventing cold bridges in joints and irregularities. It can be used in combination with TSM Ceramic liquid coatings, for example: bulk insulation inside cavities and ceramic coating on external or internal surfaces, forming a comprehensive energy‑saving system.
The product is chemically neutral, non‑toxic, and compatible with typical construction materials such as wood, concrete, metal and gypsum structures, making it suitable for both new builds and renovations. Its low bulk density helps minimize additional load on supporting elements, which is important for old buildings and lightweight structures. TSM loose‑fill insulation also contributes to noise reduction and thermal stability, improving indoor comfort by smoothing daily temperature fluctuations.
Application is relatively simple: the material is poured into cavities to the calculated thickness; in some cases, special equipment may be used for blowing into closed spaces.
TSM provides engineering support on calculating required thickness and integration with other TSM Ceramic products, positioning the loose‑fill insulation as part of a broader portfolio of modern, nanotechnology‑based energy‑saving solutions.
