This modification of the locomotor therapy system is intended for children from 3 to 12 years old.
An electric winch is installed in the SLTd, which provides accurate dynamic compensation of the patient's body weight to enhance the rehabilitation effect. The system monitors the vertical displacement of the patient's center of mass during the phase change of support and transfer during walking.
As a rule, the mechanism of leg movement in systems for locomotor therapy is designed in such a way that during walking movements there is a rigid fixation of the pelvis. This prevents the patient from shifting his body weight from one leg to the other when walking. When using the author's kinematic scheme in CPT, the pelvis is not fixed, and when walking, the patient naturally transfers body weight from one leg to the other, thus obtaining movement as close as possible to independent walking.
The robotic rehabilitation complex "System for locomotor therapy SLTd" has the following main characteristics

Electric winch to facilitate patient verticalization.
Precise dynamic support for body weight while walking.
The possibility of correcting the X-shaped deformity of the child's legs. The knee supports are adjusted laterally from +3 to -3 cm and the shin holders are adjusted laterally from +5 to -5 cm.
The ability to fully straighten the knee joint while walking. The knee supports are adjusted longitudinally from +7 to -7 cm.
